Case study

RoqVox
The all-in-one POS and booking platform built for experiential studios.

RoqVox (formerly StudioPOS) is a point-of-sale, online booking, and studio management platform for pottery, glass, paint & sip, wood DIY, shooting ranges, axe throwing, golf simulators, and spas. Spyderwise designed and built its website, brand, and search engine.

The challenge

Experiential venues were stuck paying 5%–8% of every booking to Square, Sawyer, Mindbody, and FareHarbor while juggling tools never designed for kilns, lanes, or glass. RoqVox needed a site that proved it understood those workflows and could win studio owners away from the big platforms.

What we did

The work

  • Showcased RoqVox's experiential POS architecture — kiln bag tags, lane and bay timers, glass pricing math by size and weight, split payments, and waiver check-in.
  • Built interactive in-browser register simulations so owners can try ringing up a pottery piece or a range lane before booking a demo.
  • Positioned RoqVox against 5%–8% booking-cut platforms (Square, Sawyer, Mindbody, FareHarbor) with comparison pages and fee-savings messaging.
  • Engineered 15 vertical-specific SEO landing pages — pottery, glass fusing, clay wheel, paint & sip, wood DIY, ranges, axe throwing, golf simulators, med spas, and more.
  • Implemented SoftwareApplication and FAQPage schema, keyword-targeted metadata, and sub-second edge performance.
